The successful candidate will be part of the Operations Department with duties including, but not limited to:
Assist with the successful running of the Ground Operations Department.
Scheduling, planning and dispatch of Company flights in accordance with Company operational procedures and manuals.
Initial feasibility review of upcoming flights from an operational view: including flight planning, crew duty limitations, over-flight, and landing permit requirements; security, crew entry requirements and co-ordinating special requests from clients or flight crew.
Client interaction regarding flight schedule and building a good working relationship with them. Provide clients with accurate and up to date information on the aircraft movements, crewing, and maintenance status.
Assist the Operations team with performing operational risk assessments and airport categorizations when required.
Proactive communication with internal departments such as Commercial, Flight Operations, Engineering and Training.
Updating and tracking of operational tools and records.
Assist the Commercial Department with operational information required to generate accurate quotes
/ Requirements:
GCAA Dispatch Licence is a must.
Understanding of GCAA and CAR OPS regulations and the effect on day to day operational requirements;
Experience in Business Aviation Operations and World-Wide Flight Planning;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills; and
The ability to deal with complex operational issues in a fast-moving environment
Desire to learn and develop
