Title Operations Controller

Purpose

The job holder is responsible to ensure oversight of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and frameworks, documentation, payment reviews and processing requests, and overall support for the Operations department.

Operations Control

Responsibilities:

Perform regular site audits to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety, security, quality, and all operational standards.


Ensure implementation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Frameworks, Processes and Guidelines.


Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce any deficiencies.


Ensure seamless asset management and inventory control.


Monitor and analyze the efficiency of day-to-day operations across sites.


Ensure that all operations are carried out in an appropriate and safe manner.


Participate in the development and execution of operational strategies that support overall business objectives.


Generate monthly reports on operational performance, KPIs, and audit outcomes.


Maintain a master observation log for all points and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) raised during site audits.


Ensure alignment, and follow-up to close all raised points.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial)


Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance


Experience in ISO regulations


Experience in Data Centers or energy project


3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
