We have partnered with a Global Management Consultancy Business in search of and RFP Operations Associate. This person will be responsible for performing various administrative duties related to Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. Your primary focus will be on managing RFP invitations, submissions, and other related tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of RFP submissions.

Record and manage incoming RFP invites from clients and portals.
Perform administrative duties for RFP processes, including managing invites, submissions, and other tasks.
Collaborate with teams, prioritize tasks, ensure quality assurance, and handle client interactions.
Maintain RFP portals, archived submissions, and assist with document collection and delivery.
Communicate with translators and support dispatch duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Familiarity with technical support and office equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Confidentiality and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
