What You Will Do: Cash Office Management
Record cash collections, manage petty cash, and keep track of invoices.
Ensure all cash-related tasks are accurate and follow company policies.
Communication & Reporting
Assist in the flow of information between teams.
Generate reports using SAP, BI, and Tableau to track store performance.
Store Operations
Support back-office operations to ensure store runs smoothly.
Assist with stock management on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
Store Maintenance & Procurement
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Assist in ordering supplies and managing store resources.
Stock Management
Conduct inventory counts and ensure stock records are accurate.
