Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Managing Director in daily operations, scheduling, and coordination of business activities.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements efficiently.
Handle client communications through calls, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Prepare and maintain reports, internal documentation, and presentations.
Support general office management, record-keeping, and compliance tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Follow up on pending matters and provide regular status updates to management.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards in all communications.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
1-2 years of UAE experience in office administration, coordination, or operations support (experience in real estate is an advantage).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent in Arabic and English communication skills-written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
