Our Client is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant \xe2\x80\x93 Sea Export to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the operations team in the areas of sea export.
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other third party vendors to ensure timely and efficient shipments
- Tracking and tracing shipments and providing updates to customers
- Preparing export documentation such as bills of lading, certificates of origin, and commercial invoices
- Coordinating with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Assisting with filing and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records of all shipments
- Providing excellent customer service
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of export regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
