We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field in the GCC region. Candidates with good communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred, and candidates from Kerala will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day operational activities. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to operations. Assist in managing inventory levels and monitoring stock movement. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed. Assist in analyzing operational data and identifying areas for improvement. Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies. Help in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Assistant in the GCC region. Good communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Candidates from Kerala will be given preference.
