Looking for an Operations Assistant for Doha, Qatar.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations, provide administrative and secretariat support and other clerical work such as POS entry, quotation and purchases order preparation, invoicing and expenditure monitoring.
Coordinate with external vendors, including logistics providers, property management, equipment and material supply vendors, maintenance and other service providers, etc.
Assist in inventory controls and asset control, stock take and analysis.
Assist in the supervision of store operations and communication with staff and head office including general enquiry for store staff, and liaisons with other departments.
Perform simple accounting tasks such as matching daily sales documents and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in material purchase, vendor sourcing and other buying functions for the team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder with two year of experience in the operations field.
Must be a team player.
Good communication skill.
Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office.
Proactive, meticulous and detail-oriented.
