Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and operational support
Coordinate with internal departments, vessel operators, agents, suppliers, and clients
Prepare reports, voyage documents, statements, and correspondence
Maintain records, schedules, and operational databases
Track milestones and follow up on pending tasks
Support shipping, logistics, and cargo documentation
Ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
Handle office coordination related to operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years experience in Oil & Gas / Maritime / Shipping industry
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
