Job Description

Hiring an Operations Assistant for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status of projects.
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
  • Planning, calendaring and organizing.
  • Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
  • Assists with management of support renewals and follow up with clients relating to operation issue.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in administrative support functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
