Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status of projects.
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
Planning, calendaring and organizing.
Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
Assists with management of support renewals and follow up with clients relating to operation issue.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in administrative support functions.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
