SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that drive business growth and enhance organizational performance.
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of company operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of large-scale, complex projects that have significant impact on the organization.
- Establish and maintain best practices in project management across the organization.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to define and implement the companys strategic direction.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reductions through data analysis and industry benchmarking.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, major clients, and strategic partners.
- Oversee the allocation of resources across operations and projects, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Lead change management initiatives to support operational transformations and project implementations.
- Mentor and develop senior managers and directors within the operations and project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all operational areas.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational performance and project outcomes to the board and executive leadership.
- Drive innovation in operational processes and project methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage and mitigate operational and project-related risks across the organization.
- Represent the company at high-level industry events and conferences.
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and operations management.
- Experience in digital transformation and implementation of cutting-edge technologies in operations.
- International work experience, particularly in managing global operations and cross-border projects.
- Published thought leadership articles or speaking engagements at industry conferences.
- This senior-level position requires a high degree of flexibility, including frequent travel and the ability to work extended hours when necessary.
- The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive organizational change.
- Written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of any other language will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 year of related experience
- Minimum 10 15 years of related experience in a similar role.
