Senior Director : Infrastructure : UAE Developer Our client is a globally recognized, premier real estate development firm based in Dubai, UAE, renowned for shaping the citys skyline with iconic luxury residential, commercial, and mixed:use master communities. We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Director of Infrastructure to join our clients dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This critical leadership role involves steering the strategic planning, design, and successful delivery of large:scale, complex masterplan developments within the UAE. Key Responsibilities: * Leading the design and delivery of large masterplan developments in Dubai, overseeing all infrastructure components from concept through to handover. * Managing external consultants from the initial concept stage onwards. * Ensuring the seamless integration of infrastructure within the overall masterplan design, considering aspects like utilities, road networks, public realm, and sustainability. * Acting as a primary liaison with governmental authorities and utility providers in Dubai to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance. * Providing strategic oversight on project planning, budgeting, and risk management for all infrastructure works. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. * 20+ years of experience within infrastructure/master planning projects * Dubai experience is a must, demonstrating in:depth knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics. * Proven expertise in leading the design and delivery of infrastructure within master:planned communities, understanding how these elements are conceptualized and integrated from an early stage. * Background gained either client:side with a leading real estate developer or within a prominent engineering consultancy firm. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
