About the team
Institute of Management Strategy team is responsible for the research on the management mechanism of the company and key businesses, and is committed to helping the company establish systematic management capabilities, enhance the company\'s global management capabilities in the process of globalization, and promote the implementation of specific programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, identify opportunities and drive actionable insights for overall organizational development;
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop actionable insights on various organizational trends;
• Use data driven insights to create an overall objective with multiple actionable projects;
• Design and manage systematic solutions and focus on successful implementation of projects through excellent project planning and management skills;
• Lead the overall project delivery with timely reporting to management;
• Establish and manage relationships with different cross-function partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or above, advantageous to have over 3+ years of relevant experience in Internet strategy/business analysis/consulting, etc;
• Experience in organizational management topics is preferred;
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills coupled with the ability to swiftly adapt within a fast-paced environment;
• Sound judgement in complex situations, exhibiting a genuine enthusiasm for critical thinking and excellent communication skills are required.
