Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.
Manage inventory across warehouses, ensuring optimal stock levels, barcoding accuracy, and smooth inward/outward movement of goods.
Handle import processes including customs clearance and compliance for international shipments.
Monitor product quality at various stages, implementing quality control checks to meet brand standards.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Coordinate with logistics partners and courier services for last-mile delivery and reverse logistics.
Address customer service issues and complaints related to orders, ensuring resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Maintain and analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs processes.
Proficiency in barcoding systems, inventory software, and Excel.
Ability to manage and motivate teams across functions.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
