Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations & Business Expansion Manager with strong experience in the drinking water industry, particularly in co-filling coordination, third-party logistics, and strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who has deep industry connections, understands the dynamics of partner-based production, and can arrange and manage external fleets for distribution, without owning or operating a bottling plant directly.

Key Responsibilities:Co-filling & Partner Management

Identify and onboard reliable

co-filling partners

across target regions. Manage co-filling schedules, branding requirements, production timelines, and bottle volumes. Ensure third-party plants meet the required quality, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Negotiate agreements, track performance, and maintain long-term partner relationships.

Fleet Coordination & Delivery Logistics

Source, evaluate, and coordinate with

third-party fleet providers

for daily and bulk delivery requirements. Ensure delivery partners meet service standards, delivery schedules, and branding needs (if applicable). Monitor vehicle allocation, delivery capacity, and customer location coverage across zones. Address logistical challenges, vehicle shortages, and peak demand arrangements.

Operational Expansion & Planning

Develop strategies to expand into new zones or cities using partner bottling and fleet resources. Conduct feasibility studies for expansion based on cost, demand, and logistical coverage. Align co-filling and fleet operations to support business growth plans and service reliability.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all co-filling and logistics activities comply with municipal, food safety, and transport regulations. Maintain detailed documentation of agreements, contracts, operational checklists, and delivery flow. Generate performance reports for management on production output, delivery effectiveness, and cost analysis.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

Minimum 10 years

of experience in the

drinking water industry

with proven expertise in

partner operations and fleet coordination

. Strong industry network including water plants, logistics companies, and vehicle providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
