Job Information:
Follow up on the confirmation of services and the news in itineraries of each client, verifying if it is affected, and if so, carry out the appropriate management according to the classification, in order to guarantee the quality of the service. Verify that the information and response times to the requirements presented by the client are appropriate in accordance with their request and those defined by the organization in order to guarantee the quality of service provision. Keep control of the incidents in the assigned accounts and depending on the type of control requested, carry out the necessary management to achieve correct billing.
Job Experience:
Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Quality, Hotel Management or related Excel management 1 year of experience
