Synopsis
Deliver improvements in cargo operational processes resulting in enhancements in key financial metrics of Net Profit, EBITDA & Productivity
Accountabilities
Etihad Airport Services Ground is the sole ground operations handler at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
EASG handles a wide variety of ground functions at the capital\xe2\x80\x99s international airport, from passenger check-in and boarding to baggage handling and aircraft services.
All operations are centered around its three main prerogatives: safety and security in all its functions, world class operations for all customer airlines through maximum efficiency and a world class customer experience for all visiting and transiting guests.

Accountabilities
- Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of operations performance metrics. Utilize data analytics tools to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends in operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the operations workflow and develop and implement strategies to improve processes, reduce cost, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to operations, ensuring data integrity and providing insights through regular reporting to senior management which coincides with financial data. Must be excellent and advanced user of Microsoft excel, Microsoft Power Point and Power BI.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to gather information, address operational challenges, and implement solutions.
- Risk Management: Monitor and assess potential risks in operations, including regulatory compliance, and develop proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.
- Technology Integration: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement systems and tools that enhance operations efficiency
- Degree Equivalent or Diploma in appropriate business qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a related role is required
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
