Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Operations & Training Manager to lead security and training programmes across the UAE region. This is a high-impact role for a professional with a strong background in military, defence, or complex security operations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee planning and delivery of field-based security and training initiatives
Lead teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments
Design and manage structured training programmes
Support operational readiness and on-ground deployment Requirements:
Extensive experience in military or defence operations
Proven leadership and team management in complex settings
Instructional design and training delivery expertise
Willingness to travel or deploy as needed
