Hospitality Operations Training Officer

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The ideal of candidate is committed and passionate about operations. The Operations Training Officer will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of all the operations subsections focusing on food and beverage and housekeeping.

QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS
- Fluent in English
- High school diploma
- At least two years of work experience in training
- Hospitality work experience is a must, 5-8 years
- Can train & design & assessment & coaching
- Flexibility to work during on hours
- Sensitive and aware of cultural differences and enjoy working with diverse staff
- Ability to remain calm and professional and stressful situations
- Strong observational and problem solving skills strong team player cooperative peacemaking proactive and situational handling
- Monitor the daily operations by collaborating with the sections heads and take note of the performance gaps
- Conduct regular evaluations of the operations to identify areas of improvement
- Summarize the operations report weekly and submit it to the learning and development manager to initiate training needs and analysis
- Collaborate with the sections Heads to ensure each sections manual is up to date and informed the Learning and Development Manager of any updates to revise the manual identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure training initiatives ever materials acrosslyving to the unique needs of the premises by coordinating with the section heads and the Learning and Development Manager
- Ensure that the briefing debriefing for 15 minutes practices happen daily
- Check staff knowledge and skills by asking them work related questions and any unsatisfactory performance must be reported to the sections head and Learning and Development Manager for coaching.
