Responsibilities
Develop operational frameworks and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organizational operations
Utilize data collection processes and analytics for informed decision making
Formulate analytical reports to evaluate operational performance
Design and monitor compliance policies for organizational programs and activities
Provide support and guidance to operational staff for operational enhancement

Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
3 years of experience in operations management roles
Exceptional critical analysis and problem-solving capabilities

Strong command of MS Office Suite, accounting software, and databases
Familiarity with data analytics and financial processes
