Description
Coretrax are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team in the UAE. This is a full-time role, based in our Abu Dhabi facility, working Monday to Friday. The Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining and inputting records for delivery and maintenance of tools and parts and performing the billing and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner. The Operations Administrator is also required to provide office and business support for the UAE, maintain ownership of Sales Administration functions in the UAE and organise all office activities for the UAE. There is also a requirement to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all UAE databases, assist in the optimisation of the workshop organisation and manage and prepare accurate records.
