to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations, administration, PRO and HR work within the
construction and trading sector
, and must have prior experience in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operational activities across construction and trading divisions
Oversee all administrative functions, document control, and internal coordination
Handle HR tasks including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, and leave management
Carry out PRO duties such as visa processing, license renewals, and government liaison
Track project and trading operations, ensuring timely reporting and process efficiency
Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards
Support the management in business planning and execution
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate degree in any discipline
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within
construction or trading
companies in the GCC
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures (for PRO/HR tasks)
Efficient, hard-working, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational tracking tools
Female candidates under spouse visa preferred
Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will be given priority
