Ensure that incidents related to NCR KIOSKs? Supported Software and Hardware, are be routed to the NCR SME.
Managing the reported incident until the issue is closure.
Coordinating with the Software end users and other stakeholders to gather the information to determine the cause of issues by analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem.

You will identify the relevant end-users and stakeholders with whom the NCR SME should coordinate with.
Isolating the Software Problem from hardware or operational problems. If an incident is identified as potentially being hardware or operational related, or not originating from the Supported Software, the SME will engage the concerned team on the agreed channel.
Gathering available information to effect a repair, including (where relevant):
a) information regarding characteristics of problem
b) frequency of occurrence
c) available logs, files, application traces
d) available error status information
e) relevant logs from live site or lab
f) all available logs which capture the area and time of the problem
g) Attempt to isolate the origin of the problem or symptom to the specific piece of software or component. (e.g. server application system level, database level, network component).
h) Determine if any system changes like updates, configuration, and system component add-ons or replacement have recently changed on the solution that may be the originator of the issue.
i) Provide details of steps required to recreate issue, if known
Taking handover of the released application artifacts & documentation from projects team, in accordance with your instructions and processes.
Maintain repository of all application deliverables, if made available by you.
Maintain a version management documentation for production Supported Software releases.
