As an Operational Quality Assurance Auditor, you will plan, conduct, report and follow-up audits as per the audit programme (2nd line of defence) for dnata Airport Operations within a global scope across multiple countries, ensuring the adherence of internal frameworks, standards and international aviation regulatory compliance requirements. This will also require regular follow-up with the business units to ensure effective implementation and verification of corrective actions as per the agreed timeframes.
You will also ensure effective preparation, implementation and maintenance of dnata global operational frameworks (i.e. dnata Ground Operations Manual, dnata Cargo Operations Manual) and roll out of the Global quality management framework and tools. You will monitor regularly the new and revised procedures to ensure all versions meet the requirements and provide feedbacks to identify improvements following changes or audit findings.
Technical and administrative support will be provided to maintain and continually improve the quality system that reduces the risk profile of the business units. You will distribute and update checklists to the relevant target audience for monitoring and assurance purpose; collate information, presenting compliance (i.e. monitoring of operational processes), audit findings, certifications programmes to the relevant teams highlighting key trends and recommendations to improve compliance.
In this role, you will
Help with the development and implementation a global quality management framework, including systems and processes to meet internal standards and external requirements.
Utilise and/or develop reporting dashboard and analyse, provide monthly KPI reports to highlight shortcomings to the Global Operational Team and to the business units.
Deliver optimum utilisation of the dnata Hub quality framework (GRC platform) ensuring all audit findings are captured into the system, process is followed.
Develop, update and communicate checklists for quality assurance and ensure the effective use of the system through familiarisation, regular updates, and oversight.
Provide direction, problem solving, and share updates internally on the Quality initiatives during forums, and business reviews and visits.
Engage with the Global Operational Team to keep the global operational and quality framework up to speed with all industry body frameworks (i.e. ISAGO, Cargo iQ, ASA).
Conduct audits with onsite visits (Travel overseas is required on a regular basis), as per the Airport Operations audit calendar and in line with Global operational requirements, and other management
systems. * Focus on those business units where risk profile is high and where high number of findings, complaints, incidents have been previously reported.
Support certifications process, with gap analysis, actions plan, development of procedures and oversight to ensure effective preparation, implementation and continuous improvement.
Report the compliance results to the management and to the global teams.
Coordinate the procurement of IATA manuals for the global teams with the relevant departments.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements
Bachelor\'s degree and 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Aviation, Ground Handling Company and Aviation Services Business
Audit experience minimum 5 years
Excellent knowledge of Quality Management System and Safety Management System
Excellent knowledge of Industry standards (i.e. IGOM, AHM, ISAGO and ISO)
Certified and qualified Lead Quality Auditor, and knowledgeable with standards and procedures
Excellent knowledge in auditing, audit methodology and standards (i.e. ISO, AHM, IGOM, ICHM, ISAGO
Ability to promote the value of internal audit and drive global quality system deliverables among key stakeholders
Keep up to date with global initiatives, regulatory changes and industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, KPI management, auditing tools
Adapt to existing, and emerging technologies Governance Risk Compliance platform (GRC) and develop learning solutions
