Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and LPG bottling plant and system level requirement, specification, and strategy documents related to plant operations and maintenance activities.
  • Apply Engineering principles, methods, and tools to the design of the LPG Bottling Plant and industrial facility and its systems and operations.
  • Develop and implement plant operating strategies and human factors engineering attributes into the plant operation.
  • Develop and lead operation efforts to evaluate plant integrated control and transient event responses and provide recommendations/optimizations to deliver efficient plant operational strategies to Cylinder filling.
  • Test and maintain equipment in the operation and in the field.
  • Provide onsite staff, when needed, to perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned equipment in the operation.
  • Assist in time, cost, and staff estimates for completion of job assignments.
  • Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency.
  • Accurate and thorough completion of job reports on a timely basis.
  • Assist in the operation and make deliveries and LPG Road tankers technical maintenance.
  • Know and understand Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
  • Work assignments are carried out to the highest quality level.
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the Operation Manager within the physical constraints of the job.
  • Support licensing activities associated with Safety Analysis Reports.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • B.E. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or another relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in commercial LPG Filling plant operating experience, including cylinder filling equivalent.
  • Experience in implementing integrated plant operation in LPG systems, including complex systems and structures highly desired but not required.
  • Experience developing and/or plant operations and maintenance procedures is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Risk-Informed methodologies for integrated plants or similar probabilistic methods is desired but not required.
  • Attention to detail and aspiration for technical excellence.
  • The candidate must be a high potential, self-starter, and possess the ability to coordinate and lead an operation team's effort with minimal direction.
  • Ability to work on tasks that require a multi-disciplinary approach.

  • LPG Plant Maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • UAE Driving License .. (Preferred)
