Job Description

Operation Theater Coordinator



Lead OT operations

, ensuring seamless workflow between surgeons, anesthetists, and technicians.

Manage schedules

, equipment inventory, and sterilization protocols.

Oversee patient safety

, adherence to infection control policies, and emergency preparedness.

Train and supervise

OT staff, ensuring compliance with hospital standards (DHA/MOH).

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Nursing/OT Technology or Healthcare Management

(or equivalent).

5+ years of OT experience

, with

2+ years in a supervisory role

.

DHA/MOH License

(or eligibility)

mandatory

. Expertise in

surgical workflows, inventory systems, and accreditation standards

(JCI preferred).

English fluency is a plus

(for patient/staff coordination).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
