Job Description
Sales Coordination:
Support the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities, including lead generation, client follow-ups, and closing deals.
Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring the accuracy of contact information and sales records.
Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about services, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales strategies.
Freight Coordination:
Plan and coordinate freight deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
Track shipments and update clients on the status of their goods, liaising with shipping agents and freight carriers.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and handle any customs-related issues.
Prepare and manage documentation related to freight transport, including shipping labels, bills of lading, and transport manifests.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
