Operation Team Leader
Job Description
Supervise and lead the operations team, including warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and delivery personnel.
Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely processing, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy and efficiency in logistics processes.
Track performance metrics such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and productivity, and report findings to management.
Identify bottlenecks and operational issues, and develop solutions to optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the warehouse and delivery operations.
Coordinate with Customer Service departments to ensure seamless operations.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving operational issues promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
