You will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring transaction data, managing operational reconciliation, providing customer support, coordinating channel integration, and ensuring efficient operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Monitor transaction data and promptly analyze merchant transaction details.
Manage operational reconciliation, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any discrepancies.
Release frozen balances to merchants' available balances on a daily basis.
Provide customer support by responding to messages in merchant groups, including order inquiries and simple technical integration issues.
Coordinate with the technical team to facilitate channel integration and maintain detailed information about channels.
Assist in proofreading functional translations to ensure accuracy.-
Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.-
