Purpose Statement
Supervise all Operational duties while working closely with our 3PL & BSC Team to ensure all targets are achieved and smooth Operation.

Supervise all Operational duties while working closely with our 3PL & BSC Team to ensure all targets are achieved and smooth Operation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Inventory Reconciliation & Cycle count process.
- Work closing with Transportation team to plan Inbound & Outbound activity
- Lead the Localization activity with the 3PL and ensure that the team is always trained.
- Identify ways to improve the operation and introduce cost saving initiatives
- Achieve Audit Readiness with the QA Team for our DC
- Act as an effective liaison between various functions to establish working relationships which will drive business improvement in our DC service and quality
- Ensure a clean, secure, safe and well- organized WH.
Quality system requirements
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable:
- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree
- 3-4 years of experience in warehouse and operations
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Excel
- Preferred skills in supervising a team
