We are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator / Operation Responsible to join our growing Dubai team and support both import & export operations.

Job Title:

Operation Responsible / Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Handle import and export operations (FCL / LCL / Air / Road) through coordination with suppliers, agents, and customers. Prepare and control shipping documents, ensuring timely issuance of draft and final Bills of Lading. Coordinate with the finance team for B/L release approvals. Book shipments via carrier websites or direct email communication. Plan loading schedules, arrange pick-ups, and coordinate with shippers for on-time departures.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a freight forwarding or NVOCC company. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Preferably experienced in UAE logistics operations with a local network. Good command of Incoterms and international shipping documentation.
