Our client is hiring for the position Operation Manager

Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures for all functions.
Supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations to maintain

consistent brand standards.

Conduct regular operational audits to maintain quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.

Monitor cost control and optimize operational expenditure.
Ensure profitability through effective yield management and resource allocation.
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including property expansion and

partnerships.

Champion a customer-centric culture across all departments.
Implement guest satisfaction improvement strategies.
Lead strategic projects for service enhancement and operational efficiency.
Introduce innovative hospitality technologies and systems to streamline operations
