Daily Operations Management
: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the limousine service, ensuring efficient scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and drivers.Team Leadership
: Manage a team of drivers and dispatchers, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high service standards.Customer Service
: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.Vehicle Maintenance
: Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, coordinating with maintenance staff to schedule regular inspections and repairs.Compliance and Safety
: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, ensuring that all operations adhere to legal requirements.Financial Management
: Monitor operational budgets, track expenses, and develop action plans for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.1
