Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise cleaning and hospitality staff across multiple sites.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily cleaning and hospitality operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor staff performance.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Provide training and guidance to staff to maintain high standards of service.
Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of cleaning/hospitality supplies.
Prepare reports and communicate with senior management and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of
5 years' experience
in cleaning, facilities, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a large, diverse workforce.
Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and quality standards.
Flexibility to handle operational challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
