- Department Management: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the CCTV and networking service department, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Resource Optimization: Effectively allocate service technicians and resources to meet project deadlines and service requests.
- Project Oversight: Lead project management efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting, to ensure successful project completion.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to service technicians, assign duties, and support their professional development.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality service standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Reporting: Regularly report department performance and project status to the Operation Manager and stakeholders.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and resolve service-related issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices to optimize departmental efficiency.
- CRM Managing: Oversee the management of the CRM system to enhance client relationships, track interactions, and improve service delivery.
- CCTV and related: 3 years (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
