Description:
Novelty Shipping Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to manage and streamline shipping and logistics activities. This role involves coordinating import/export operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping documentation and logistics management and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of customs and municipality clearance for shipments
• Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle import/export documentation and ensure timely processing of shipments
• Communicate effectively with shipping lines, transporters, and clients
• Track shipments and provide accurate updates to customers
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records
• Ensure adherence to company policies and international shipping regulations
• Support warehouse and logistics teams to optimize operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
• Experience in shipping and logistics operations, including import/export, freight handling, and documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software, if applicable
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
