Job Description

Serve as the main point of contact between project teams, management, and clients to maintain clear communication. Ensure all clients are informed and aligned on project goals, priorities, and progress. Create and share regular project updates, detailed reports, and essential documentation to keep everyone informed. Provide schedules for PPM services and rectification works of Maintenance sites. Lead, manage, and mentor the maintenance team, setting performance goals and providing necessary support. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime. Monitor and analyze maintenance schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients and senior management to ensure requirements are met and deliver satisfaction through the successful completion of the approved work. Prepare and present maintenance reports to senior management, highlighting performance, costs, and areas for improvement. Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded accurately and up to date for future reference and audits. Oversee project timelines and milestones, ensuring all deliverables are completed as planned. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
