Coordinate daily delivery operations across all cities Manage riders' duty, schedules, attendance & deployment Handle Talabat / Deliveroo / Noon / Careem portals Monitor performance, delays, fines, and COD issues Track bike availability, maintenance & replacement needs Communicate with clients for rider requirements & updates Follow up on absconding, no-show, emergency & incident cases Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports Maintain strong coordination with HR, Accounts & Garage teams Ensure smooth operations and solve problems quickly
Requirements
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in Delivery Service Operations
Strong knowledge of Talabat / Deliveroo / Noon / Careem systems Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Urdu) Good computer skills (Excel,& Google Sheets, Email, Portals) Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams Strong follow-up, planning & time-management skillsSalary & Benefits
