Operation Coordinator
Job Description
Good Communication for cleaners and Driver staff.
Coordinate cleaning terms to meet client demand and standards.
Maintain organize Schedule& bookings and weekly off for cleaner's staff.
Monitor quality control, address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Track Machineries in case there is a broken or not working.
Support training and performance of cleaning staff.
Maintain detail records and ensure accurate data entry in CRM & JOBBER*.
Address Operational issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal complaints and resolve conflicts or complaints from clients or staff in a calm and professional manner.
Applying permits for Commercials and Residential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
