, responsible for overseeing various aspects of rider operations to ensure smooth performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies. This role includes real-time monitoring, providing rider support, managing performance issues, and handling offboarding tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Late Login Monitoring (Real-time)
? Track and monitor riders' login times in real time to ensure compliance with scheduled working hours.
? Address delays and report consistent tardiness to the Team Leader for necessary action.
2. No Show & Absenteeism Management
? Monitor and track rider absenteeism and no-shows.
? Communicate with riders to address absenteeism and report issues to the Team Leader for further resolution.
3. Acceptance Rate Monitoring
? Ensure riders meet acceptance rate targets for orders.
? Offer guidance and support to improve order acceptance rates where necessary.
4. Rider Walk-in Support
? Provide in-person support at the office to address rider queries and concerns.
? Ensure immediate issues are resolved efficiently to maintain rider satisfaction.
5. Zero Shift Follow-Up
? Monitor and follow up with riders who are not receiving shifts (Zero Shifts).
? Work with the team to ensure that zero shift data is accurately tracked and inactive riders are managed properly.
6. Low-Performance & Salary Penalties
? Identify underperforming riders and ensure penalties are applied in cases of consistent issues (e.g., late logins, no-shows).
? Coordinate with the team to ensure that performance penalties, such as salary deductions, are implemented according to company policies.
7. Advance Policy Management
? Handle and verify riders' requests for salary advances.
? Ensure eligibility and proper documentation before approval of any advances.
8. Email/WhatsApp Support Channels
? Respond to riders' queries through email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
? Provide timely support and resolve issues related to schedules, performance, or other concerns.
9. Accidents & Incident Coordination
? Track and manage incidents involving riders (accidents, injuries, etc.).
? Ensure proper documentation and follow-up actions with relevant departments such as Talabat and medical support.
10. Offboarding Riders Inventory Maintenance
? Manage and maintain inventory for offboarding riders, ensuring that all necessary equipment, gear, or company property is returned.
? Document and track inventory returns and update records as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
