The Operations Coordinator oversees daily onsite manpower operations, ensuring smooth deployment, attendance tracking, worker supervision, and coordination between clients, workers, and the internal HR/operations team. The role is hands-on and requires strong field management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onsite Manpower Deployment & Coordination
Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of blue-collar workers at project sites.
Assign workers to tasks based on skills, client instructions, and daily requirements.
Coordinate replacements for absenteeism, emergencies, or client requests.

Attendance & Timesheet Management
Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, and absences.
Collect, verify, and submit timesheets to HR/payroll.
Track overtime, shift changes, and leave approvals.
