Xtra Link Transport is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between our fleet, drivers, and valued clients.Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate daily vehicle movements and driver assignments Maintain real-time communication with drivers to ensure timely deliveries Liaise with clients to confirm schedules, resolve issues, and uphold service standards Track vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance records Support operational reporting and assist in resolving logistical challenges
Requirements
Strong communication skills in Urdu and English. Arabic is an advantage. 2 Years Experience in transportation or logistics coordination preferred Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Familiarity with fleet tracking systems and basic data reporting Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset Great Computer skills . Holder of UAE Driving License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
