Job Description
Online Platform Coordinator - Key Duties & Responsibilities
Menu Management
Update menu items, prices, and photos across all platforms. Ensure item availability and descriptions are accurate.Order Monitoring & Coordination
Monitor live orders to ensure timely preparation and dispatch. Resolve order issues (delays, cancellations, wrong items) in real time.Platform Relationship Management
Communicate with Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, and Keeta account managers. Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and updates.Performance Tracking
Analyze daily/weekly sales, customer ratings, and operational KPIs. Suggest improvements to enhance ratings and sales.Complaint & Refund Handling
Investigate customer complaints and process refunds or compensations. Liaise with platforms to resolve disputes or penalties.Inventory Coordination (Optional)
Coordinate with the kitchen or stock team to ensure menu items match stock availability.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
