Today, Uniglobe is the leading importer, wholesaler, distributor and retailer of alcoholic beverages in the UAE. In addition to retail stores, we have a significant presence in Hospitality sector. Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance crew.
- Improve performance of maintenance crew.
- Performance communication internally (and with customer).
- Locating improvement opportunities.
- Having direct contact with customer management to create prospects.
- Keeps in close contact with head office for maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance teams.
- Shift schedules.
- Ensure minimal man power & skills distribution.
- Schedule and distribute activities.
- Locate improvement opportunities, make improvement plan and execute / distribute improvement plan.
- Rotates staff to ensure wider levels of competence and cover are developed.
- Develop, maintain and improve methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Team builder.
- Proper communicative capabilities.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
