We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated

Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse

to join a reputable hospital in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the operating theatre environment, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, and demonstrate strong surgical knowledge and sterile techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures Assist surgeons during operations as a

scrub

or

circulating nurse

Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use Monitor and assess patients during and after surgery Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation Uphold infection control and patient safety protocols at all times Communicate effectively with the surgical team and support staff Provide emotional support and post-operative education to patients and families Adhere to hospital and OR policies and procedures

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

License:

Valid

DHA License

or

Eligibility Letter

Experience:

Minimum of

2 years of experience

as an

OR Nurse in a UAE hospital setting

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

- Required

ACLS/PALS

- Preferred

Language:

Fluency in

Tagalog and/or Arabic

is an advantage

Other Skills:

Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical safety protocols High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments
