Have a consultancy mindset while engaging with Performance, Social and Full-service agency teams across the GCC region.
Facilitate a Top-Down enablement of the agency.
Build on the depth of business by activating dormant accounts.
Forecasting to a high level of accuracy on the business on an account level.
Provide agencies with the highest level of customer service.
Ensure product and platform expertise at an agency level through various onboarding, education, and workshop sessions.
Develop agency first programs to evangelize the use of TikTok within these agencies
Build relationships with senior agency staff and identify avenues of enhanced partnership.
Grow the eco-system by signing new agencies onboard.
Engage with internal Bytedance teams - Brand Strategy, Creative, Client Partner, Mid-Market teams as needed to create cross team collaborations from the inside out.
Manage and grow primary agency relationships including media planners and buyers.
Optimize growth through strategic agency-wide projects.
Qualifications A minimum of 5 years working with OpCo agencies or digital sales house, and a keen understanding of independent agencies. A minimum of 5 years working with OpCo agencies or digital sales house, and a keen understanding of independent agencies.
BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
A proven track record of leading and winning business.
The ability to independently manage a book of business.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
