ON-SITE IT I&O MANAGER N&WA CLUSTER

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ON-SITE IT I&O MANAGER N&WA CLUSTER, located in Morocco (Casablanca).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Reporting to Regional ON-SITE I&O MENEAT Director, you will be managing IT infrastructure related activities and projects for Markets, Factories and Leaf within in the cluster, as well as ensuring. on site & remote user support

You will be playing the role of a trusted business partner to Market and Factory leadership team to provide them with infrastructure related support and address possible issues, advise respective Cluster/Entity IT Leads on technologies and/or IT services available to support the delivery of their business plans.

Working closely with IT Management, you will be ensuring successful roll out of corporate projects and support implementation of IT strategies.

The ideal candidate will be taking care of technical infrastructure maintenance, end user operational support, distribution of all IT equipment and providing network on-site support,

You will be identifying the list of external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and uninterrupted service.

As a cluster lead you will be building operational plans and managing the infrastructure budget for the cluster.

EDUCATION

University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong relevant/equivalent IT experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE

5+ years of IT management with people management responsibilities, 10 years of overall experience in IT discipline. Experience in multinational companies or FMCG is a plus.

SKILLS

Advanced level of English, strong level of French, Arabic is a plus. Strong proficiency with Microsoft solutions. Good knowledge of local and wide area network. Good working knowledge of telecommunication, ability to troubleshoot connection issues. Familiar with ERP, CRM and business process analysis High level of communication and negotiation skills. Highly effective in a geographically distributed global environment. Culturally aware. Able to prioritize on specific areas within the cluster. Proven people management skills; Strong ability to leverage resources and skills across a dynamic, cross-location environment, to maximize value and develop people, and to pull together a multicultural, virtual team. Ability to innovate and think outside the box. Flexibility to adapt to changing business environment and priorities. Proven project management skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong financial and budgetary understanding. Excellent knowledge of IT technology, infrastructure and business applications.
