Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate on-site fit-out activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accurate implementation.
Liaise with design teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure materials and work are delivered on schedule.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, compliance, and safety standards.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports for project management review.
Participate in coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are consistently met.
Assist with site measurements, variation requests, and handover documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects (commercial, residential, or retail).
Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, and interior construction techniques.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience working on luxury or high-end interior projects.
Valid driving license with ability to manage multiple site locations.
Open to candidates of any nationality - Male candidates preferred.
Familiarity with local building regulations and safety protocols.
