We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven FEMALE
Telecaller
to join our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential leads, maintaining client relationships, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
Generate interest and explain real estate offerings (projects, investment opportunities, etc.).
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead details and follow-up status.
Schedule meetings or site visits for sales agents.
Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads over the phone.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Follow up with interested clients and nurture cold leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales agent, or similar role.
Real estate background in UAE is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
Available to join immediately or on short notice is a plus.
