We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Online Sales Executive
to manage and grow our
home appliance product sales
through online platforms and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online listings, engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
online product listings, pricing, and promotions
across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon and Other Market Place etc.).
Drive sales through
social media, online campaigns, and digital marketing activities
.
Handle
customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
promptly.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure
timely delivery and order fulfilment
.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive.
Prepare and share
daily/weekly sales reports
with management.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop
online sales strategies and campaigns
.
Ensure
high customer satisfaction and positive product reviews
.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
.
1-3 years of experience
in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing (preferably in
home appliances / consumer electronics
).
Knowledge of
online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon & Other Market Place etc.)
and e-commerce tools.
Strong
communication and customer service skills
(written & verbal).
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM systems, and online sales platforms
.
Familiarity with
digital marketing techniques, SEO, and social media promotions
.
Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving
sales targets
.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
